The spa area was lovely, with many different indoor and outdoor baths and saunas. People with tattoos are not permitted to enter but the front desk sells tattoo sheets for 250yen per piece

Onsen and kids play room facilities were great. Checking in and out was easy and we even got coupons to use at restaurants etc within the hotel. Quiet room too.

this was my second stay in this hotel. the hot springs are always great. this time I was in a different building block from last time and it was a bit shabby.
